Excel Catalogs

Components, activities, and replacement causes can be uploaded into the Maintenance module using Excel files. To do so, the files must be filled out correctly. Below are the compilation specifications for each of the three files.

The data for these three objects can also be exported in Excel format using the dedicated download buttons.

Note that the Excel file is downloaded in the language currently selected in the application.

It is always recommended to download an Excel file from the application and then proceed with its completion, rather than creating a new file independently. The file downloaded from the application is pre-filled with some data and provides guidance for correct completion.
