Failure Analysis
The Failure Analysis section allows analyzing the failures that occurred within the selected time interval.
When a failure occurs on the machine, it must be reported by entering a maintenance record. For each replaced component, a replacement cause must be specified. The failures analyzed in this Pareto are those determined by replacement causes of the FMECA type.
As shown in Image B and Image C, the data can be displayed both in Pareto format and in different tabular formats. Moreover, the Pareto can be based either on the number of failures or on their criticality.
