Process Cycle Analysis
The Process Cycle Analysis section allows for a detailed examination of the cycles performed by the machine. The page is structured into two main parts: an upper area with general information and a central table that collects data related to the cycles.
In the upper section of the page, several summary values are displayed, calculated as the sum of the times and the products used in the cycles listed in the table.
In the table, each row represents a cycle executed on the machine and includes summary information, particularly regarding the time taken and the products used. Each cycle can be expanded to view all the phases that compose it, listed in order. For each phase, execution times and the products used are reported (Image B).
The table is configurable and can be customized to display only the relevant information based on the project requirements.
At the beginning of each row in the table, there is a button that allows access to the details of the individual cycle. Once inside the details, several sections are made available, each analyzing a specific aspect of the cycle. The sections are:
