GCA (Golden Cycle Analysis)
Within the Cycle Analysis section, it is possible to view and analyze the GCA (Golden Cycle Analysis), if configured. This indicator measures how closely a real cycle aligns with ideal values. The calculation is based on a formula that takes into account the reference metrics selected for the evaluation.
The ideal parameters are set through the "GCA SETTINGS" section, an interface that allows users to manually define both the ideal values and the number of cycles to be considered in the analysis. Once the range is defined (e.g., 80 cycles), the system calculates the average by considering the 79 cycles preceding each analyzed cycle. These average values are then compared with the ideal parameters.
If the average parameters are better than the ideal ones, the system automatically adopts them as the new reference values for the following month. Manual parameter settings always take precedence over automatic calculations: for example, if the system automatically detects new ideal parameters but the user later makes manual adjustments, the manually set values will override the calculated ones.
