Net Control Weigth

This module is dedicated to all those involved in packaging filling. In fact, the page analyzes data related to unit weight data.

In the central part, you can see a chart that represents how many packages have been weighed and met a certain weight criterion. There can be multiple charts if you have multiple scales, and for each scale, a trace can be customized as desired.

In Image B, we can see two different types of charts corresponding to two different scales. For Scale 1, a bar chart is displayed, while for Scale 2, a function trace is shown. Hovering over the chart reveals detailed tooltips.

On the side of the screen, there are some interesting pieces of information for analysis purposes:

  • information about the quantity produced;

  • reference weights for each piece;

  • information related to the product used for filling;

  • average weight and standard deviation of the produced pieces;

  • pieces considered "good" and the amount of product "given away";

  • number of defective pieces and the amount of lost product.

On this page as well, you can select the reference time interval and apply filters.
