Alarms

In this subsection, a table is presented that showcases all active alarms and/or alarms that have occurred within the selected time period.

Using the time bar, a precise time interval can be set in terms of the start and end of alarm activation.

Activating the "active alarms" option displays only active alarms in real time.

Using the appropriate filters, it is possible to view the list of specific alarms by, for example, program type, machine type, recipe type, etc. Applying filters allows to investigate at a first glance any recurring conditions associated with certain alarms: one alarm code may be more frequent during a specific program, another during a certain operator's shift, and so on.

If provided, it is possible, for each alarm recorded, to access the Black Box section by clicking on the "expand" icon in the last column on the right of the dashboard: in this way it is possible to observe the behavior of process variables and machine events that occurred in the time frame of alarm activation.
