Changeover Settings

To perform the analysis in the various pages of the Changeover module, it is necessary to allow the user to enter some data related to the ideal times for each individual phase and for each type of possible format change.

In this section, a list of all possible format changes that can be performed on the machine is presented, and for each one, it is possible to input the ideal time expected to complete each of the phases that make up the change. On the page, it is also necessary to specify the labor cost per hour in order to assess the economic loss caused by the time required for the format change.

For the user's convenience, at the top of the page, there are controls that allow default times to be entered for the various phases, so the user does not need to input all the data. Additionally, it is possible to upload and download data in CSV format to speed up the process.

After completing the form, it is necessary to save the changes through the appropriate control so that the data is recorded in the system.
