Periodic Reports

Module not included in the Basic MAT Modules.

The periodic reports generated by MAT are PDF files containing various information related to the selected plant. They are sent periodically to the specified mailing list.

The web app provides the Periodic Reports page, which allows you to configure specific details for these reports:

  • in the Mailing List section, you can set the email addresses of those who should receive the PDF report;

  • in the Report List section, you can define the following information:

    • Report Time: the time at which the report should be sent via email based on the machine's timezone. This time also determines the end of the time period used for analysis;

    • Periodicity: by setting the Value and Unit fields, you can specify how often the report should be sent to users;

    • File Name: this option allows you to set the name under which the file will be saved;

    • Use Calendar: this flag enables the consideration of scheduled downtime periods in the analysis;

    • Custom Mailing List: If you do not wish to use the mailing list configured in the Mailing List section for the current report configuration, you can specify a new list of email addresses here.

An example of report is provided in the figure below:

The structure of the report can be defined during the application configuration phase. In the example shown, we have chosen to display plant data aggregated by the type of product manufactured. For each type, the report shows total production quantities, the breakdown of machine time used for production, and some productivity-related KPIs.
