Continuous Exploration

This module enables trend detail analysis of process variables characterizing the operation of the selected machine/line, serving as a timely support for diagnostic activities.

The dashboard is dominated by a graph that allows contextualization of variable trends with events that occurred during the process, such as: machine states, maintenance interventions, downtime, and discrete events (e.g., setpoint changes or machine parameterizations by the operator). This functionality allows comprehensive diagnostics of each event that occurred on the machine and the impact it had on the process.

• Through special drop-down menus, the user can choose and isolate the variables to be analyzed, as well as the events to be displayed and the filters to be applied.

• "Zooming in" on the graph or expanding the widget to enable drill-down analysis to go into detail about trends in variables near specific events.

• Using the appropriate arrows, the user can move forward and backward in time.
