Audit Logs
The Audit Log page allows users to view the history of activities related to backups.
Each time a user performs an operation, it is logged and displayed on this page. The recorded operations include:
creating a new backup;
restoring an existing backup;
modifying a retention policy.
The page features a table in the central body populated with log data. A selector allows users to switch between two viewing modes (Image B).
In Audit Log mode, users can view summary data related to the history of operations performed (Image A and Image B).
In Operation Details mode, additional and more detailed information about all recorded activities is displayed. Please note that in this view, users can observe the status of individual operations, which can either be successful or failed.
For each activity, there is a button, as shown in Image D, that allows users to view the details and logs of the individual actions. An example is shown in Image E and Image F.
In both views, the data can be exported in .csv format using the appropriate button, as shown in Image G.
