Changeover Matrix
This page can be used to analyze the time required to perform transitions between one specific setting and another setting of the selected machine. These settings will be referred to as "formats".

Within the page, we see information presented in two different ways.
The graphical representation of all possible transitions occurs through a heatmap, which allows for a quick overview of which transitions have taken the most time. Each cell in the map represents the transition from one format to another, where the starting format is indicated on the x-axis, and the destination format is indicated on the y-axis. The intersection between the x-axis and y-axis identifies a format change. The color of the intersection cell indicates how much time, compared to all other transitions, was required to complete transitions of that type. The color scale uses blue to indicate a very low time and red to indicate a very high time, with shades used for intermediate times.
To obtain more information about a single transition, simply hover the cursor over the cell of interest: a tooltip will appear containing more detailed information about that transition, such as the number of times that transition was made, the total duration, and the average duration (Image B).

The second part of the page presents all transition data from one format to another in tabular format. Specifically, the table specifies the duration of each individual transition iteration, along with the timestamp of when it started and its duration.
In addition to being able to download the table, the controls on the page allow setting the reference time window for analysis and filtering the data based on various operators.
