Changeover Analytics

In this module, it is possible to analyze in detail all transition operations from one parameter value to another value of the same.

This module is particularly useful for projects that involve descriptive aggregators of the machine associated with format changes, tools mounted on the machine, or recipes. Additionally, the machines for which you want to enable this module must provide for writing a table in which to record the change operations and any phases carried out to make such a change.

The initial view when accessing the Transitions module displays the history of all changes. The table in the main body of the page presents one row for each occurred change. In addition to specifying the starting value and the final value of the parameter under analysis, i.e., the two values before and after the change, the operation status is also specified, which can be "Completed" or "Cancelled".

By selecting a specific change, you can access the detail screen.

In this screen, there is an upper part with some general information related to the change, such as the starting value of the parameter, the end value, and the moment when the change occurred.

In the central part, the various operations carried out to make the change are listed, and each one is associated with some information, in addition to the status, which indicates whether the operation was successful or not.

Finally, the bottom part of the page shows the various operations on a timeline. This visualization is particularly useful for immediately appreciating the duration of individual operations. By hovering over each of the bars, a tooltip detailing the relevant bar will be displayed.
