The Machine Documentation functionality allows for notifying users via email to inform them about the changes that have occurred to files or about the uploading and deletion of the same.
To define the users to whom such communications should be sent, the Settings page can be used, where it is possible to specify the email addresses of the users to be notified of the changes.
During the configuration phase, different mailing lists can be created depending on the type of notifications to be sent. For example, it is possible to separate clients and suppliers so that each of them receives only the notifications relevant to them.
Caution: always remember to save your work before exiting the page; otherwise, the changes made to the mailing list will be lost.
