What is MAT

MAT, the Machine Analytics Tool developed by 40Factory, is an advanced Industrial AIIoT (Artificial Intelligence Internet of Things) solution designed to effectively manage various aspects of connected machines and production lines. Some key features and functionalities include:

  • efficiency analysis

  • bottleneck detection

  • quality analysis

  • process telemetry and black box

  • energy consumption

  • preventive and predictive maintenance

MAT consists of an HTML5 Web App divided into modules, each having a specific function, accessible via IPC EDGE LAN connection and/or via authentication to the underlying Cloud platform (when provided).

Access is governed by specific permissions and roles assigned to each user and verified via OAUTH2 authentication.

The raw data of machines and lines acquired, historicized, processed and transformed into smart data can be viewed and analyzed directly in the application through dashboards created with UI/UX design techniques aimed at making understanding and navigation simple and intuitive.

The application is responsive and therefore usable from mobile devices such as Smartphones and Tablets.
