Consumption Analysis

Module dedicated to the analysis of machine/line consumption, both in terms of utilities (energy, air, gas, etc.) and raw materials (plastic, grain, rubber, etc.)

This page returns a summary and trend of consumption over time, total and relative (parameterized to production quantities), in graphical and tabular format.

Once the consumable to be analyzed has been selected using appropriate drop-down menus, it is possible to modulate the data to be displayed using appropriate aggregators and filters.

On the right side of the dashboard are widgets showing summary information about consumption trends, compared to previous periods: assigning the color green or red according to positive and negative consumption trends, respectively, helps to get an immediate view of the overall situation.

By selecting the type of aggregator via special drop-down menu, it is possible to further discriminate consumption according to operators, recipes, machine operations, etc..
