Maintenance Calendar

Image A

Image A shows an example of the Maintenance Calendar section. In this page, it is possible to view a calendar populated with several events. These events may concern components or activities and indicate when maintenance was last performed and when it will need to be carried out again.

The colors used to highlight the various events can be three:

  • Green: this color is used to indicate the last maintenance performed on a component or an activity;

  • Orange: this color indicates the date on which the next maintenance of a component or an activity will take place. Note that this value is often the result of an estimate calculated using the maintenance history of the component or the activity itself. A symbol indicates to the user which dates are the result of an estimate;

  • Red: it may happen that maintenance is performed after the estimated date on which it was deemed necessary. In these cases, the maintenance event will be shown in the past and highlighted in red. Note that a red event corresponds to the end of life of an object (component or activity).
