Single Edge solution

The single edge configuration is ideal for "End-User" installations that manage a limited number of machines with a high frequency of data sampling.

The Edge device for each machine or production line incorporates all the necessary services (acquisition, storage, authentication, Front-end, and Back-end) and allows the application to be consulted directly within the facility, optimizing data traffic management, without the need for internet access.

It is based on the presence of an edge device, with Docker installed and all MAT microservices. The device communicates directly with the machine's PLC for data acquisition; it stores the acquired and processed data in a local database. The MAT application is exposed through a device port that is locally accessible. Authentication is also managed through a local server.

This solution is particularly suitable for Proof of Concept (POC) due to the speed of installation and configuration.
