# User management

The **User Management** section allows administrators to manage all users, including both chat-only users and those with administrative privileges. Beyond basic user management, this section also provides tools to create groups and subgroups, enabling a structured and hierarchical organization of users. Individual users can be added to these groups or subgroups, ensuring flexibility in organizing teams. Furthermore, it offers comprehensive permission settings that can be applied at different levels: group-wide permissions for broader control, subgroup permissions for more granular management, and individual user permissions for specific customization. This ensures that access and capabilities can be tailored precisely to the needs of your organization.

## App users

## Admin users

## Users group

Allows to configure group or subgroup of users.

## Admins group

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://40factory.gitbook.io/wilson/3.11/wilson-academy/settings-1.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
